So you think you’re green?

Well, don’t just sit there – tell the rest of Communitree about it!

We think it is important to share information – not just for its own sake, or to boast (though there is nothing wrong with that either) but also to inspire others and build a sense that we are all working towards the same objectives.

We thought this blog was as good a place as any to become a virtual meeting room – a sort of GreenShare space: so pull up a chair, make your keyboard comfortable, and tell us about …

> green projects you are involved in, or have heard about

> businesses you know, or maybe work for, that are doing their bit for the environment: reducing their carbon footprint through green projects, new polytunnels, or initiatives such as carbon calculators … anything goes, and the more you tell us, the more other people might be inspired

> new ideas about saving the planet you have read about that you think might be worth following up, and

> any individuals you think deserve a special mention, because they are not just going green, they are actively involved in local green initiatives.

The best way to move forward is by spreading the news about the great things that are happening – about the projects, events and people that are taking care for the environment to the next level.

So don’t keep it to yourself: GreenShare it, right here!

We’ll publicise your project here, and add a weblink from the main Communitree website, too. And if by chance you don’t have anything to tell us just yet, you can still GreenShare by passing this message on …

To keep us posted, comment on this post, or send an email to …
